- Removed all the wire from around the outside of the house
- Installed new Shielded phone lines through the attic
- Changed all electrical outlets
Some were hooked up backwards. Tracy was testing them with his voltmeter, and it melted the red lead.

it was popping when you flipped it - Washed the walls
They were covered in this black film. We were puzzled as to where it came from until Tracy went into the attic to repair the ceiling in the guest and computer rooms.
- New kitchen faucet and pluming under sink
After using the kitchen sink for filling/rinsing buckets from wall washing the faucet seized up and started leaking everywhere.

The old one quit working. We found one that exhausted straight up to take advantage of the hole that was already in the roof. We also found out where the water damage on the bathroom ceiling came from. The previous exhaust line made several loops along the ceiling before it made it to the roof. Water had collected in those loops and leaked.
